Paabinaa Meriga Peace Initiative (PAMEPI) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO)operating in Ghana, West Africa. Our mission is to bring about quality education and improve upon the lives of deprived children, youth and the people through equal access to education and sustainable development.
This was envisioned in our 2006-2007 activities. We reached out to such deprived schools like Dakpema Primary school and Ziong primary school. We also reached out to the neglected Tamale hospital children ward. We instituted a Scholarship scheme under our Child Sponsorship program through which 108 children now have free access to quality education. With a limited resource, we were able to reach out to the childlabourers in Agbogboloshie with food aid. In the remote areas, we implemented the Literacy program for which Ziong rural community benefited.
